I'm looking for pricing on the high-flow cats, x-pipe and "non-weld, bolt-on" tubing kit.

Let me know if you do. Don't think you'll ever find it. Unless your getting the DR Cobra exhaust kit.

Well whatever kit Dennis has offered. I don't know what he calls it, but he has a thread on it with pics and stuff. Rounded end fittings, all clamps together, no welding. Anyone, anyone??

I have the Cobra exhaust from Dennis and I'm happy with it. Alot better than stock.

This "Cobra Exhaust" is just two high-flow cats, and the xpipe all combined right? No mufflers or anything?

Thanks...I'm looking for pricing! Is it that hard to get a price for this? Someone's bought ths already...how much does it cost? If no one gives a price, I'll take my money elsewhere.

Do a little work. Don't expect a Vendor to just jump on here and post their pricing:rolleyes:
Give Dennis a call: 904-276-5003
I am sure he would be MORE than happy to answer any and all questions regarding ALL of his exhaust options.

It looks like it may from the pic but to be sure, Does it have the hole's for all 4 O2 sensors? Or will have to have the rear sensors shut off and removed through my tuning??

NO, it has holes for all 4 sensors.
But don't forget this is a Cobra exhaust kit so it will be a little short for the MM. That's where the muffler shop comes in to play. Everything else can be installed by an average Mechanic, I know, I did mine with a little help from a friend. But that's where the MM club (Family) comes in.

Actually, this is supposed to mount up in a MM w/o a muffler shop. That is why there are those Pipe Extensions on the X-Pipe.

Not long ago, I got a Kook's kit at a "steal" deal, and I installed that on my #1x supercharged Marauder. Previously, I had the prototype DR "Cobra" kit, and I took that off after almost 3 years of continous problem free performance, and wear-an-tear
.
Just today, I had the DR kit installed on my formerly "bone stock" #3 Marauder. The install was not as smooth at the my first "prototype" install, but went somewhat smoothly nonetheless. I suppose installing used parts if more complicated that installing new parts, but this also allowed me to refresh my DR kit and it's use.
The manifolds are cast iron units from the '03-'04 Mustang SVT Cobra. The "X-pipe" is a one piece unit with 2.5" OD exhaust pipe, into two high flow cats and X-pipe from Bassani. Four 02 sensor bungs are included in the build, so, wether you have them shut off or not, you can install them, and turn them back on if you need too for emmision testing. My kit came with a fifth bung before the driver's side cat for 02 readings in dynotuning.
The prototype kit did not come with mufflers, but I later fit Magnaflow 18s in place, removing the OEM mufflers, and added resonator delete tips. Yes, there is a 4" extension on this X-pipe to fit the longer Marauder frame.
I don't know when I'll get to a dyno test next, but my seat-of-my-pants meter says "oh, wow" and my exhaust tone is a tad louder, and a tad deeper. I did not change out the resonator tips, I'm saving that for a later treat.
I am also refreshed on other topics. For the money involved, the DR kit is a great value. While it produces less power improvement than the full tilt Kook's kit, it's also much less money out of pocket in product and install labor. It's a good middle ground, depending on where you're headed with other mods.
Keeping in mind that when you increase exhaust efficiency, you sacrifice low end torque on small CID engines, when I installed this kit on the #1x, I proved gains of 30 RWHP/30 RWTQ with back to back dyno pulls. I cannot say this is the case with every N/A Marauder, but across the board, low end torque is very precious to us. I must be close, maybe within 5-10/5-10 range, and in the high RPMs and hard breathing range, it rocks.
Good luck with your decision, and if it were me improving a N/A car, I would again, buy the DR Cobra kit.

I have the DR kit and the best bet for my money is to buy the kit and go to a GOOD muffler shop that can bend pipe for the install. Mufflers? Your choice. Started with the Flomaster 40's that were on the car when I bought it. Found them raw with the Cobra set up so went back to the stocks. They were super stealth but I had a couple of incidents that made me believe making a little more noise might not be a bad thing so have installed FMS Dual Flows. Still undecided on them but definately giving more "I am here" notice. Folks now seem to know very well that I am beside them. :D I have 2 highway trips this weekend that should help me make up my mind. Dennis
