How do I go about placing a wanted ad in the classified section?

I've looked all over and even performed a search but can't seem to figure it out. There doesn't seem to be a button or link for this.

Being a new member am I restricted from placing a want ad?

Nope, no restriction, you just gotta feed... I mean ask the Bunny sometimes.
