I'm at 98,000 miles and my warranty will be up at 100,000/2 weeks. My tranny has been giving me this problem where the overdrive will not work sometimes unless I pop in in neutral while in motion and put it back in gear without giving it gas. Now I've had the problem for over 50,000 miles, but it happens rarely... like every 6 months or so. Should I mention this before the warranty is up or should I just not worry? I don't think it's much to worry about, but hey it's doing this today... wonder what it'll do tomorrow.

Why wouldn't you want to get it fixed? Especially if it's covered under warranty?

Sounds like your linkage is out of adjustment.
Easy DIY or have your dealer do it when you have them change your oil, before your warranty expires.

You paid for the extended warranty, why not use it?

Just drain it out & fill it with kerosene ......
It'll work good as new.

Heck why not? It worked on the engine. Now I'll have a complete flush!

I agree.... have it looked at. That way, if something occurs shortly after the Warranty Expires, you have documentation of an ongoing issue.
