Bump up front

I know that my limited slip diff is bad ,but it should have nothing to do with the front end. At a slow speed (5mph) with the steering wheel turned hard right, seems as if my front right wheel rolls and I feel a little bump resistance in the steering. What could it be?

Loose lugs would be the first thing I would look for.

If you can get it in the air, do so and feel around for anything loose. If not, I'd take it to a well known alignment shop ASAP - you don't know whats wrong - or know when it could completely fail.
