If he's a dealer he can't make any money at those prices. He isn't using real money either because reserve wasn't met.

What's his game?

He was probably trying to find out the reserve.
That's how I got New Blue, my budget was 20k, that was the reserve, no one bid higher and I got the car.

Good for us on the prices creeping up, IMHO.

nahhhhhh this guy/gal buys a lot of cars on ebay . i called on the black one before the last auction ended and the dealer never called back. oooo well

The black one was being sold by a dealership, the DTR was being sold by a person. I'm still trying to figure out why I paid 21K :shake: for my 04 Silver with 40K miles on it....but I guess whats what I get for going to a L/M dealership where it was also bought new, traded back in and had a copy of every reciept for service or part for the car.

If it makes your feel better, I paid 2K more for mine brand new in Dec 04 :lol:
