Headers and Voltage Questions

My credit card is in hand......what modifications have you done to your marauder.i have an 2003.i am looking for headers for it and was wondering if the 2003 mach 1 headers will fit it.and i have a problem and was wondering if you experienced anything like this.if you turn the air cond on and use the defrosters or if you get on the gas hard my battery voltage goes from 14.5 down to 11.5 and the lights dim and the air cond slows down if its on.this just started 5 days ago until then i never had this problem.i have had the battery tested and the alt tested both on and off the car.even had the alt rebuilt.i had the car into the dealer and they could not find the problem my e-mail is geo737mech@aol.com my name is george my name on here is blkwidowmerc thanks for your time

the headers u want are the 99-01 cobra headers u can find at ford racing and the other stuff is normal at wide open throttle

'03 Mach I shorty headers will fit just fine, but they will not mate up to the stock Marauder exhaust pipe. Of course, nothing will, some custom work is required on all exhaust options for the Marauder. The Kook's mid-length headers, and Reinhart's Cobra manifold kit both come with the correct exhaust pipe, X pipe and high flow cats and Magnaflow mufflers, just add install expense.

Altenator has a "one-way" clutch and under WOT, it shuts off. But, this can be changed with custom tuning.
