Alright I know somethings up and I hope I'm right about this. I made a few runs last night and my car is mostly stock. First was 15.4, then 15.6, 15.8 than 16.0! It was really humid last night and my friend who usually runs 15.7 couldn't even make a 15 second time. I asked others how they were doing and some were setting records and others were slower than usual. I'm a little confused. It was the weather right?

I'm not an expert, but from what I understand humidity will alter your time.

Weather and overall car temps prolly had a lot to do with it.

I second the car temps. The closer the rounds come at the track the faster my times slow down.

The last time this happened, you were running Kerosene. What are you using now??

I've got $50 bucks on a fresh tank of diesel & a diesel tuner running the most aggressive tune possible.

Actually I was going to use octane boost, but I just poored a case of lighter fluid in there. I think I gained 3 hp and 1 at the wheel, but it killed my off the line power! :P

When its a cool night under 70 degree's, I can stomp on the gas and spin 1st-2nd gear, on a hot and humid day even if I spool up the convertor, Im lucky if I can get a squeal from the tires.
Once September and October comes, You'll have no problem pulling out 14 second time slips.

Never broke a 14 second time, but on a cool night I was running 15.2 and 15.3 all night long. Also set my record at 15.10
