It's approx between both doors under the car on the pass - side.

Go sit in your back seat on the passenger side, and look down between your legs. Now...Put her up on a lift, and look again.

There are some pics of the location in my Gallery, but it's not showing the OEM filter assembly. Peek, but don't be confused by what you see, K?

I dont have access to a lift unfortunately. You don't need a lift...the filter is easily replaceable on ramps or jackstands. The only tools needed are a 5/16" nutdriver for the band clamp and a small flat-blade screwdriver to CAREFULLY pry out the clips securing the fuel line connectors.
¿ What upgrade ?The upgrade Mac referred to is a larger filter and stainless line kit that Dennis sells. It eliminates the 2 90° bends in the stock lines and increases the fuel flow. It's only needed on high horsepower cars...
