Where's The "Temp" Sender??

Hey Folks,

Where did Ford hide the sender for the outside temperature??:confused:

Ever since I installed the PC "Air-To-Air" intercooler my outside temps read about 10*-15* HIGH!!!:argue:

It must be right behind the intercooler.....Anyone know??:confused:

IIRC From my accident it should be next to the left side headlamp on the header panel.

look through your grill towards the divers side.... look down there is a "shelf" so to speak. You'll see a thing there with wires pluged into it ;)

I see some wires going to a horizontal bar and it appears it is right next to the intercooler.....I'll check it closer and see where the actual sender is in relationship to the I-Cooler!!:cool:

Not to hyjack but my temps read about 30 degrees off... would cleaning it or something help? or is it time for a new one?

Hey Rich,

Intake air will be warmer than ambient since it is behind the radiator.....I may just move it further away from the I-Cooler??:confused:
