Theft devices

Does anyone know some good reliable theft devices and what type would be the most effective? I am sure Marauders are stolen often, I just don't want to be the next victim.:(

Lojack or some other type of tracking device.

There are some very interesting tracking devices out there. A little pricey but probably worth it.

Nowadays our cars are just towed away if their stolen. I always back into my driveway and set the parking brake so if its picked up by chance I might hear the tires. Best thing is a Lojack device and a alarm with a dual stage shock sensor, mercury tilt switch, zone sensor and make sure the alarm has a key chain pager to let you know if a zone has been breached. I had this setup on my old car and even if someone came up and was looking in the window it would sense it and the horn would honk once and let me know something was up as long as I was within .25-.50 miles of the vehicle.

I'm about to go down a similar road as natehawk with replaceng the siren with air horns. His was loud when it went off :)
