With Badger’s post of driving up to Baltimore with 3.55’s my curiosity has over come me.

How does the addition of a Trilogy on a otherwise stock or mostly stock MM affect the
mileage. Please, I know if you have the extra power you will use it but I am talking about
apples to apples. The engine is going to be more efficient but conversely the larger injectors
will flow more fuel.

I know too that if you are contemplating a S/C install fuel mileage should come under the
heading “If you ask you probably can’t afford it” but I’m asking anyway.

Best range on my tank N/A was 350, both with 3.55's and 4.10s.

Best range S/C was 260.

Any differences in mileage will be mostly due to the weight of the user's right foot. Driving it "normally" will result in a neglegible, if any, difference in fuel mileage. I was N/A for six months, and I swear I used more fuel then, probably because my foot was always on the floor.

If you're worried that your mileage will tank after the Trilogy, stop worrying. :)

I routinely get in the 22mpg range highway, but then again I drive at about 85 or so.

Don't worry just do it.

15-16 mpg in the city, 21 mpg highway

mileage is 1-2 mpg worse in the winter (which is 6 months of the year around here :help: )

I'm with Chuck. My highway mileage actually improved, probably from the better tune. My around town mileage blows, mainly because I tend to "get on it" quite a bit. My city mileage would suck with or without a Trilogy.

The absolute worst mileage, I ever got with the Trilogy and 4:10's was 15 +
No problem getting 20+ highway.
Go for it!

My mileage fell about 1 MPG on the highway and my thinking is there will be some parasitic loss due to the extra machinery you are running off of the crank!! I'm still getting 21.5 to 22.5 MPG and cannot complain since I now have over 500++HP at the crank......Hell I had a 1970 VW Beetle that never got 20 MPG so my GOOD mileage with my Marauder is a real bonus!!

If you buy a car like this and add $5K to $7K of mods for performance I don't think you should worry too much about getting <20 MPG on the highway??

Just mt observations and my $0.02 worth!!:D

132 gets me about 15 right now. But that punk in the BMW ZX4 had it coming.
