Well, I have spent the last two day wrencing on the MM (installing my S/C :D), and man did I get dirty.

Wether you work under the hood, or just change the oil, you are bound to get dirty. And it's car dirt....oily grunge. Normal soap just doesn't cut it.

So.....what do you all use to clean up yourself after a day under the car?

For me.... I usually go for Pert Plus Shampoo (or a generic equivilant). It's cheap, and does a relatively good job for the $$$.

I love this stuff...it's not expensive and works great!
If I remember correctly you can get a half-gallon for less than $10.00

Start with a clean engine bay and if you get dirty GoJo.

+1 GoJo is great stuff. You can get it in IIRC 2-packs at Costco.

Fast Orange is a very similar product.

I use dish washing liquid cause its made to cut grease. Use it with a brittle brush to get under the nails. Gets my hands cleaner than gojo does.
