Today I cleaned out my throttle body and disconnected the negative terminal on the battery to do so. After cleanining it and buttoning everything up i went out for a ride and discovered that the car wouldnt kick down into first even at speeds as low as 15mph and wouldnt kick down into second above 40. (I have 4.10 gears and an Alternative Auto tune by the way.) What should I do? I have the car sitting outside now with the battery disconnected. Should I let it sit for 20 minutes like that and then Reload the tune? :help:

I took off my TB yesterday, man it needed to be cleaned but I made sure I marked off where the position of the sensor was and which way it came off. I had a problem like that with my old focus when I upgraded to a bigger TB and has the TPS just slighty off.
