I just found out about this today. The are holding an event at the Grand Prarie Horse racetrack. It appears that for $50 you get 4 runs on a course setup in the parking lot. They also have instructors which apparently ride with you. It is scheduled for Sat. & Sun 0700-1900. I will probably go check it out.
