Shortly ago I purchased 4 Nitto NT 555's from an online company not a vender supporter here that does discount tires direct on the net:D and had them mounted and balanced locally. I had a shimmy in the front end and vibration so I took it back. They had discovered that their balance machine was not properly calibrated and they rebalanced. Much improved but still a vibration. I took the car to Tallboy's captive dealership (Suncoast Dodge/Jeep) Sarasota, Fl. great people who did a road force balance for all 4 tires. Sure enough one was 34#, way over spec. They mounted the tire in 5 different locations on the wheel and 34 was the best. Called the tire dealer and they have agreed to ship a replacement for the left rear, no questions, no hastle, one 5 minute call, done. So a 2-for, great Nitto seller, best price, free ship and no interest for 6 months and great great customer service and a West Coast Fl. source for expert road force balance. They were ready when I arrived, wrestled with my wheels and tires for an hour and a half and charged me $45.00. Not a mark on my wheels! I will be back with my new Nitto. PS love the tires. Just as soon as Paula is back home and has Claude organized again (we all pray soon) the man himself will do the Carfixer alignment. :D Dennis
