Both a/c lines going to the condensor have loose white washers just hanging on the lines.
Are these something important?

It expands the spring around the o-ring before the ends are coupled, snaps out when the ends snap together, you can cut them off if they bother you , they don't hurt a thing.

I have been wondering where I lost that 2 tenths at the track. I will cut mine off now. Thanks :D Dennis

That clip helps remove the AC lines when you work on the car. Don't remove them.
