View Full Version : 4" Delete Exhaust Tips Any INterest?

With the indefinite hiatus of the 3.5" Delete Tips, I thought I would cross post here....


Heres some photos of the 4" prototype (the packing inside will not be there and the tips will be LONGER, 26")

The rolled edge is 15 degrees vs 30 on the stock MM, but he's checking to see if their machinery can be rolled steeper. I had to put my bib on when I got these in :drool:

Please excuse the dirty Marauder.

He'll make them if we can get runs of 10, so once I get 10 or more, we can do a batch, then if another 10 comes up, we can do another run.
Price will be around $250, and of course, I will cover ground shipping within the Continental US. Canada, AK and HI, I'll split shipping with y'all. MENINBLK has also expressed interest in a whistler version of these too, I'll be contacting Bubb Rubb to see about getting some made....

Again, this is just a prototype tip. The packing/resonator material will not be inside it.

This pic shows the angle a little better. Actual tip length will be 26" like

I wasnt holding the tip even with the other one, but you can see the rolled angle differences.

I'm still in too. If I recall, we needed atleast 10 people for a run.

And call me crazy, but am I the only one who thinks the "packing material" inside the piping is cool looking?

I really like them Wes, including the rolled angle as is, but already have a set of the original Megs delete tips from you installed on the car. They sound great, and are about the only exhaust mod I can do out here in the PRK.

Can't really justify the $ for 1/2" more diameter look, but certainly would go for this in a heartbeat if I still had the stock units. I think they look better fatter like that.

Wes do you have a headcount yet? I can't believe we aren't at 10 yet...and this is a $50 price drop too!

BTW, if anyone is replacing original res deletes with these you may be able to sell those when you are done with the swap and recoup some money. I may even be interested...

Ordered mine on Monday. Reminds me of 442 purchase back in the real golden years. while I was dealing with the salesman my son age 3 put his whole left arm up one exhaust pipe of the Torenado sitting on the showroom floor. It pleased him so much that he put his right arm up the other one. His mother, the fair Penelope; was not pleased at all. :D Both long white shirt sleeves and everything they and his hands touched, black. He of course tried to wipe his clothes off before his mother found out what had happened. He was pretty much covered from head to foot.
