If anyone is still coming, here's the routes.

From Providence and points thaat way.
Take I-95 south to exit 1.
At end of ramp go right onto rte 3
Proceed 4.6 miles south on rte 3 to rte 78 east. Be very careful on rte 3
as the Ashaway Police try to make their budget here. They enforce
at a couple mph over the posted limit, especially on out of state tags
When the sign says 25, do 25.
Turn left onto rte 78 east, the sign will say Misquamicut beaches. Follow
this to the end. Stay in the center lanes as you will go straight
through the light.
Go straight through the light for 1.2 miles. Here there is a fork in the road
where you will go to the left.
After the left, you will come to a light. Go straight through the light.
Caseyland is the 10th house on the left, 1/3 mile after the light.

From New Haven and pooints that way:

Take exit 92 off of I-95. At end of ramp turn right onto rte 2 south.
Go 1.25 mi south on rte 2 and take a right onto rte 78 east.
There are signs for Misquamicut at the ramp.
Follow rte 78 east to end and see above for specifics to Caseyland.

From Hartford and points out there:
Take rte 2 east to Norwich.
In Norwich get onto rte I-395 south.
Take exit 79A off I 395 heading towards the Mohegan Sun Casino.
Instead of turning off for the Sun, continue straight over the bridge.
At end of bridge, turn left onto rte 12 north, get into right lane ASAP
Take the first right onto rte 2A east.
Stay on rte 2A east (this involves bearing left about 3 to 4 miles up the
road) until it ends at rte 2. There will be signs along this road for
Foxwoods Casino. Follow them. Turn right onto rte 2 east.
Continue on rte 2 east past the Foxwoods. There will be a rotary, stay
on rte 2 east here also. Once you cross under rte I 95, in 1.25 miles
you will go right onto rte 78 east. There are signs for Misquamicut
at the ramp.
Follow rte 78 east to end and see above for specifics.

From Worcester area

Take I 395 south to exit 79A, then follow Hartford directions above.

If you get lost, or decide to come early and go to the beach, call me at 401-596-8478 and I will find you. For earlybirds, I will show you how to avoid the traffic, however you will be asked to quickly forget this rte as the locals will kill me if I let the secret out.

For those who need or like visual aids, this is what you're looking for.

Dear Paul,

I can't believe there is so little CSM spirit!

Kathy and I were looking forward to experience your beautiful location and
company.

Paul, I love that hedge! As an old time Misquamicut beach-goer in the 1960s and halfway into the 70s, I would probably be shocked to see that place now. But I would love to see your hedge in person some day. Some day... My favorite memories of that beach and area are fishing or just hiking the rocks on the channel, and hanging out at watch hill point on a blanket and catching the rays. You are blessed to live in such a fine place. :-)

Mike, you'd be surprised at how much it hasn't changed. Lost a couple of the more troublesome night spots, town bought the property. Door's always open, stop by when you get a chance.
