I've never been in a car show before; what do you have to do for preparation?:help:

Detail everywhere the eyes fall. Door jambs, carpet, engine (straighten the oil cap writing). Tire shine AFTER you're there so it doesn't fly all over the paint and be sure to mist the tire tread that shows with dressing too.

Depends on whether you are a participant or a spectator only. If it is a judged competition or even if you are just showing it off, you gotta get it really purdy inside and out. Nice wash and wax. Clean the interior and shape up the engine compartment. :D Showboards or other memorabilia from other shows is nice especially if you have any trophies or awards to show.
