Air Defector/Spoiler/Scoop. Is This Correct Or Is It Damaged?

While sorting out my a/c situation I noticed that the deflector under the radiator/condensor looks a little weird to me.

Do they all look like this (see pics) or is mine damaged?

No damage,thats as bad as they look.

Wasn't sure because they way it's curled on both the front and back edges sure makes it looks weird.

Son of a gun. Never noticed it before, but mine is the same as yours.
The front acts as a spoiler/air dam, and the back acts as a deflector.
How about that. Next time the car is up in the air, I will take a closer look at it to see just what is the rear deflector protecting.
