dash dimensions

Does anybody know the dimensions of the dash of a 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis GS?? And does anybody know the dimensions of the dash for the Ford GT??? If anybody is gonna take a guess, I want to see if the Ford GT dash will fit in my 97 MGM with minimal or no modifications. And I will be tryin to fit the center console from a Ford GT into my 97 MGM and even possibly the steering column and steering wheel. If anybody could tell me any information about this procedure or where I can get the information that would be really awesome.

His 10 year old dash is virtually the same as your Marauder, so he can get an answer here as well. Does it bother you so much that he is asking a question not specifically in reference to a MM?


I will tell you now, it will not be a plug and play affair. With the exception of a CV/GM, No dash from any other model F/L/M will be a plug and play affair. Town Car dashes included.

My question is, Where did you find a GT to source all these parts from? :D
