Last year at MVIII I had Lidio make several mods to the Defyant Marauder and dyno tune it. It made a respectable 425 HP and 426 Tq.

On 8/17/06 Lidio upgraded my fuel pump to the SVT Focus pump and dyno tested my car. The new power numbers are 441 HP and 425 Tq.

Where did the extra HP come from?

The air was cooler, but not by that much

Mods since last year have not been HP related. Except last year I was using 5w 30 oil. This year I have switched back to the Ford recommended 5w 20.

Lower grill mod?

Tire pressure?

I am guessing at the cooler air.

My guess, Charlie; is that with the increased fuel flow available Lid was comfortable with a little more aggressive tune. What do I win? Dennis:D

Thats what Im thinking too, Maybe added some more timing into it and that made a big difference.

Great Numbers!!

Doing back to back runs with my stang on a dyno It would do about 550-555rwhp. After letting it sit for just 15 minutes it did 570. Also was this on the same dyno? Each one reads differently.

The numbers are an important benchmark but the real and best purpose for a dyno is to get the A/F and tune correct.

Now there is an interesting car!

Yep, same dyno - same tuner and about 365 days between runs.

Nice Dyno numbers Charlie!!

I'm POSITIVE the increases can be attributed to your new trunk mounted intercooler!.....:D

That's funny!:D

In answer to Charlie's question - RPM
Did you twist it a little more this time? Horse power is a function of torque x RPM. Same torque but greater Hp's indicates greater RPM or greater efficiency at high RPM's.

Great numbers!

Good points gents. Thanks.

We are looking into printer / scanners now. I am not paying to scan a paper at the local office store anymore.

Just a suggestion, I have 2 HP Scanner/Copier/Printer. The cheaper one goes for about $125 does a great job, the better one is for doing color picture prints and is only $250. The cheaper one works great. HP PSC 1350.

We use a lot of HP PSC models here at work for individual desktop users. They seem to hold up pretty well. I have an HP PSC750(?) at home that won't die so I can pick put a newer model. It has lasted me three years or so with home use.
