Okay, I am sure a bunch of you have seen that Zack had a set back on his Kenne Bell set up. That sucks. I really wanted to see him succeed.
So, when folks in the past have had catastrophic losses we started threads and helped out financially. So, let's do it again!!
I will start with 75 bucks and, I will match the next person who also pitches in 75 bucks -- meaning if another single member makes a 75 dollar pledge, I will make a second 75 dollar pledge. That'll put Zack at the 225 dollar mark to get things rolling.
Come on folks get out the wallets!
Zack, let us know where the money gets sent.

I'm not as rich as you Marty but I would put fifty bucks in it.

I am not rich. Far from it. I just have a short life expectancy, so my money doesn't have to last as long! :D
Meanwhile, I am glad you are helping out and I am sure Zack will be too!

I've done this before with many other situations growing out of this website, this time is no different. I'm in, and I'll be handing Zack 100 bucks in an hour.
This is a nice gesture from the real folks at MM.Net, thank you Martin. This is really an earmark of who we are and what we mean to each other.
My contribution isn't significant here, Zack and I are always "trading stuff" between us, sometime cash. But, nothing trades better than cash, and that is what it's going to take to get this project back on track.
On Zack's behalf and to those of you who have spoken up, my sincere thank you for your generosity. If you wish to send a check, make it out to Zack, and e-me for my mailing addy. I'll make sure he gets it.

Again, thank you all.

Martyo, this is a great idea. I want to see that baby run...fast! Zack has given of his time, knowledge and creativity to many of us here. I can't hope to match his generosity to me and the FruitPunch but I can help out with a donation to the cause. My check for $100.00 is in the mail. I appreciate the opportunity to be even a little part of the BAD ASS MARAUDER project. Go Zack!-- PROZK...Dennis :2thumbs: PS Zack and I have sent enough stuff back and forth that I have his address and mailed the check there, Mac. Thanks for putting this together Marty and Mac.

Don't know Zack too well seeing as I'm new around here. But it's all about the cars and helping about a fellow Marauder owner. Count me in for $75 PP.

Zack argued with me, turned away my help. However, it's a proven principle of life that you get more cooperation with kind words and a gun, than with kind words alone.
Zack's pay-pal is ZackMcGrath@hotmail.com
Thank you all, again.
If I cant talk you guys out of it, then I will gladly accept anything anyone contributes to help me get running again.
I really appreciate it.
Who wants to see a 5.4 go in instead?

For what it's worth, you can do what I did and ship them your heads and they will dial everything in and send back a longblock all ready for an intake and turn the key. That's what I did and I've got about 10,000 miles on my MMR StreetMod 900 now and am very happy.
Look at it this way, at least you didn't have to rent a U-Haul truck and trailer to get it home. You saved $1000 right there!
Paypal on the way...

I participated twice before in such a situation. I actually never thought it would happen again judging from the crap some took over the last 'help a good person out' scenario.
Kudos to you Marty!
I have learned over time that it doesn't neccesarily matter who you are, but that a unique and unusual situation can bring out the best in folks.
Of course I am in!
But remember, holding the 'mm.net cheap bastard' title, there will a stipulation.
I cannot match Marty's offer, and....I'm gonna need to borrow a stamp...and a pen... :baaa:

I got my own issues these days, (who don't?!) but I can spare 10 bucks. I'll paypal later tonight, from home.
Good Luck, Zack. I know how I'd feel if any of my mods made my MM undrivable. It sukked not having mine for 13 weeks after the wreck, but she came out better for it at the end. Hope the same for you.
Rich
Thanks everyone.
I just ordered a VT Forged 4.6.
I decided not to go with the stroker because they dont last as long as a non stroked engine. The Kenne bell will make plenty of torque anyways! Should be done in 2-3 weeks and it is within driving distance from me. Diamond Pistons for 9.4:1 Compression, Manley Rods and Cobra crank.
I couldnt have done this without the help of everyone here. I really appreciate everyones generosity.
Looks like I will be on the road before the end of September.
I likey!
Best of luck with this one Zach!
