Picked up a trunk organizer

A local guy is selling his. I contacted him and asked if he would be willing to sell it. When I first saw it I knew it was different because of the lid. The ones I had seen opened from the side. But it fits and I'm happy with it.

So yours opens from the front as well? Do you happen to have the part number for it? I wonder why the factory one would be different than the one ordered from the dealer.

I ordered mine a few months back. When I did, I had the original part#. It did NOT match their #. Ford had a new # that it was changed to. I wanted the "original" and tracked one to a dealer in Cali. I think this is the new design they offer. Nice organizer. Mine was close to 300.00

Is that one from a Freestar. Sure looks like it, plus it doesn't fit as good as the original ones from the St.Thomas factory (not that it fits perfect either). I got mine cheap (free) from a guy that works at St.Thomas. He gave me his out of his car and told me he'd get himself another one off the line.
