Actually just a pic of the windshield wipers at rest. I managed to break my drivers side wiper a few weeks ago. I need to see were to place it now. The only problem is the the new one has a "keystone" or "key" in it to locate it properly and it makes my new wiper sit very low low on the windshield. So low that when I use the wipers it will actually scrape the trim on the bottom of the windshield. :help:

Switch it with the other side?Can't. They are predetermined to be drivers and passenger. The arm's offsets, bends, whatever you want to call it are different from drivers to passengers. When I broke the original I tried this exact thing(switching the wiper arms from passenger to drivers.

I'm pretty sure I've placed the arms on the wrong sides before :o

FYI...somethin' I did is replaced the passenger side with a Bosch that was 2" longer than the driver's side. You don't notice it at "rest"...unless you look real close...but when you use them...the extra 2" of wipe from the passenger's side makes a HUGE difference for tall drivers. For what it's worth...

hope this helps. A little closer would be better but that works.



That key you speak of can be removed. I figured it could be since the passenger side doesn't have one for some reason.

I know I know beggars can't be choosey but I need the shot of the arms at rest on the lower part of the windshield. side by side.

This one shows both at rest from front end of car. OR Do you mean a photo taken from INSIDE the car looking out the windshield?
