No contest there Dennis.
The silver has a DR tune, nuff said.
Besides, the Blue still doen't have a plate...:alone:
This track is way tighter than Sebring, it's a brake eater.
I'm going to register today.

Hey Jim; I pick up a mint 16K mi 04 Silver MM in Chicago next weekend (long search) and take it straight to Lidio in detroit. I will try to schedule this track event into my schedule...By the way the Mustang Club of America has 1500 stangs in Birmingham this weekend @ Barbers racetrack. The track is open to supervised runs. It was great to witness some 66 Mustang Gt cars out there cutting up yesterday.

Lots of runoff room, its all time trial from the sounds of it, so no passing. Instructor rides with you, this would be a great starter for ANYONE. These get you some good street driving skills as well, and WAAY cheaper than a Professional full time school. I've done both.
I am in. I will likely be missing all the other events this fall because of work, but I might make this one.

Lets review, I had no issue with my AC, did I mention the utter quiet peaceful rest? How about having the WHOLE house to myself? And the ample parking, large lawn looking onto scenic lake Osbourne. Oh and all that for less than fart knocker central across the street.
Next year were staying at the Chateau baby! Yeah first class all the way!

total surrender. You got me on every count. Lisa was only half right. The "National Register" Hotel in Sebring is not tacky, it is a dump, fire trap and should be condemned. I would not stay there for free, on a bet even if they had a gun on me. That said the Sebring Sensation was an absolute blast. Next year I will be better prepared for the heat AND I will sleep far better at the Chateau. Did I mention the hotel was a ***** hole? Dennis:)

We had a blast at the Gainesville road track yesterday!
4 MMs represented. Shakes, Magindat, fasteddieee and myself.
The rest of the cars were mainly Mustangs of all vintages.
The weather was great, good instructors from SVTOA, and lots of track time.
As in Sebring last April, Shakes' beast wowed the Mustang crowd with great track times and a recognizable supercharged wail.
Seems like the more we hang around the SVTOA crowd, the more they respect our cars as part of there community.
No one even used the term "old man's car"!
You guys gotta try this stuff sometime, nothin' like roaring into a double hairpin with the TC off!
Shakes and I took plenty of pics, stay tuned...
Registration for the 2007 SVTOA Sebring On Track event is now open.www.svtoa.motorsportreg.c om (http://www.svtoa.motorsportreg.com)
