I went to have the car aligned this morning, and was asked if I had hit a large Pothole. I asked why, and they said BOTH Camber Bolts are bent  , one worse than the other.
So... now I need to replace these bolts. However, NAPA and the "others" do not list a part number for them.
Can anyone help me out here????

I believe that is a Ford part. I would check with them tomorrow.
Look under there for yourself, I doubt they are bent.

Agree. It would take quite a bit to bend one, never mind 2.

Well..... one side of the bolt is facing one direction. The other side appears to be facing the other???
I will take it to another shop tomorrow to get a second opinion.

Yeah...the one I was at today. I've used them for years...never had a problem.
They tried for about 1/2 hour to get it set before they decided the bolts are bent...

After much time and thought.... Your control arms would break before those bolts would bend. However, this is just an opinion.

Okey Dokey..... went to another shop today.
They also could not perform the alignment.
They said that the Camber Bolts / Nuts...whatever...was stripped. Soooo..... I gotta get this thing fixed! It is pulling HARD to the right, and I am sure it is not good on the car or tires.
So....what all parts (and p/n's if you got 'em ;) ) do I need to get here. I would just like to replace then both, so nothing gets missed.

You are a meatball.
The camber bolts come from the factory with a cover on them that looks like a damaged/rounded off bolt head.
Pop them off and the real bolt will be exposed.

Yes...I know this. I had those cover thingies removed shortly after I got the car.
This is the 4th time I have had the Alignment Checked / reset.

Steve,
Aligned 4 times in how many miles
Dayum!
I have driven the wheels off many cars, and never had one of them aligned that many times.
Same shop doing all the work?
Mike.

44,000 miles... the car drives perfectly sraight....it has never been aligned.
Boy, am I lucky....knock on wood...
KJ,
The bolts aren't likely bent. Your lowering springs are not allowing them to get the camber far enough positive. Mine's the same! The cams on the bolt head won't rotate fully outboard and thus I can't take it where it needs to be. I'm presuming the slots in the frame (crossmember) aren't broad enough to rotate the cam to its full positive position. I have yet to pull one apart (out) to see if my suspicion is correct! Wanna volunteer?

By 4 alignments.....I mean I have had them check it that many times.....about once a month. I have paid for the 5 year, unlimited usage / milage alignment.... and I'm gonna use it! :D
I don't think the cut full coil is the cause because they have checked the alignment 3 times now. This is the first time they say thay cannot get it...not even close.

Which driving school did you attend? Dukes Of Hazzard or the Starsky and Hutch school?
