Create a thread that only I, or the people I prefer to allow, can post it?

7.xxxx posts later and you would have thought I would have figgered this out by now.

Do tell. Please.

None that I know of.

If you had Mod Rights to a specific Forum, you MAY be able to do something...but I really do not know.

...Or, also if you were a Mod, you could just delete all posts you did not want in there???

What are you trying to accomplish? A Poll or meet for locals only or something?

PS - You may want to PM Mary or Logan.....they MAY be able to tell you how to do it...

Yeah, but I want everyone to see that I am deleting their posts when I don't want 'em....

You need to be a moderator for the forum in which it is posted. Case in point today's exercise in vacuous platitudes in the MCM forum.

But that's it! That's the "key to the Kingdom". Get a "forum" created here, via Logan, or, BunnyChick, and get appointed the local moderator for that specific forum only.

Then you are "King of the (that) Hill" there, until your abuse of power "runs lean" in the upper RPMs.

Personally, I think you have a strong ground for asking for a "10 Second Marauder" forum among us. It may see as much traffic as our "Classics", maybe not even that. However, your forum would be unique, and exclusive, and anyone not meeting you specific qualifications could be excluded on reasonable grounds.

Reasonable...

Better think about it all again, Martin. Being our "MO-derator" of the "Ten Second Club/Forum" could be quite a challenge for your "retired" azz... I recall passing on this feature/option back when our Windy City forum was created. That kind of power never appealed to me, rather not be in charge of it.

Best wishes though, you could do very well. I know you're not like that.
