What to hold this on with..

Hey guys, what the hell should I use to hold my S55 badge on?? It was on a member's car and he very kindly sent it to me free of charge and I peeled off the old adhesive on it and I'm unsure what to use to apply it on my car. I also wanted to trace out whatever I use to have it match the S55 and just not have a "square" piece of tape that you can see on my trunk. TIA

3M Automotive mounting tape, preferebly in black.


THough in a pinch, Black RTV works well (which is what is holding my v8 emblems :P )

Make sure to wipe the area down first with an adhesive/wax remover. Afterwards apply wax to the area to protect the paint.

Yep, What they all said. Sold in various sizes in red packaging at your local auto parts store, it's what most OEM's use for badges...
