Thanks to all of those who chime in to my threads of twichy front and, bump up front, unstable rear: ANYWAY after putting in new axles and a new diff, I still notice something up front wasn't right. Tonight the culprit was found on my drivers side QA! coil over the locking nut had loosened and made it all the way down to the bottom of the coil over and wedged in between the control arm and wasn't allowing that strut to travel freely. And to think two different wrenches look at it and said everything was okay. Something just led me to take the front tires off an inspect the front end myself. Thanks to all who tried to help me anyway.

The nut came loose...or do you think it was from the install? And 2 "wrenches" looked at the frontend and never looked closely at the coilover mounts?

Anyway...glad to hear it was found.

The last person who adjusted the height never tightend it all the way, and it eventually worked it way down.

Oh I know I've had em nearly 2 years and I don't regret it.

Today got it fixed and riding like brand new again. Had to take the control arm off to unbind the lock nut.

What do you like about the QA1 coils (shocks?) as compared to the OEM shocks?

If you are happy with the stock height of the car then don't bother, but if you are interested in lowering the car QA1's are the best way to do it. I tried the Eibachs but after a few months the car became bouncy in the front and the bumpsteer was terrible. The Qa1's allowed the car to be lower and maintain a nice ride. They are adjustable so you can not only control height but also ride harshness. I believe they have new ones that allow you to control strut rebound also.
