Ok guys here is the deal. My car is still in the shop, i talked to my lawyer and he said that ford motor co will by the car back for 28k due to all of its problems. This car has 22k miles on it, it is a 2003. what do you think i should do? my feeling is that for 28k i should make them buy it back. Tell me what you guys think-greg

If you hate the car, sell.

If you love the car, sell - and buy a new one.

greg - Sounds like a good deal to me. I would take the 28K and buy a new one. IMHO. John

I would take the 28K and wait for the 2004 MM...they have to fix some of the crap by then...

Sell, or tell them you want a new one, staight across, assuming you still want a Marauder

Take the dough...or get them to trade you even up for a new MM if you want....it...but actually I would take the dough....on an even up trade they would make out.....

Wait just a damn minute here...

What's so "bad" with your MM that causes LM to want it back? Or, causes them to offer to buy it back?

Am I missing some real important pages here?

Thought you just "dropped a valve." What's up?

What is so wrong with your MM that triggers a buy back?

Mac, I think it's not a "so bad" issue, it's a lemon law length of time in the shop thing

oh...

Well...This IS a tuff question then. Hmmm...

It's my knee jerk reaction here, but I'd say go for the sale/replacement side. Take the money or a replacement car, and start over.

This is not well thought out, but it's the best I can come up with on short order.

Hey Sarge, judging by the post above...looks like it was MARTY that had a couple and sat down at the keyboard

as for keeping on topic to this thread....(can you believe that?)

Take the money! You'll have the only Marauder with 22K clicks that will command that high of price...
