Loose Battery

Almost every time I look at my father's 03, I find the battery loose in the tray. I have to remove the wedge, reposition the battery and then lock it down with the wedge. Does anyone else have this problem?

Is it the stock Motorcraft battery?

Is it installed the correct way?

Unless the threads are stripped the wedge should hold it down fine if it's the right size battery installed the right orientation...

Been through a few battery upgrades, never had such a problem with the correct battery in place.
