I ordered the AM Ultra Lite Tranny temp gauge, and I got the AM Ultra Lite d-Pic (Digital Personal Information Center) for the Marauder. I got around to installing them today with a little assistance from my father. Overall, the install came out just the way I had wanted it too, professional looking. All the wires got hidden, and the pod looks like it was a factory option. Although, my transmission gauge doesn't work. Not really sure why, and was hoping some of you could assist me. Here are some pictures for you all to enjoy. By the way, the d-Pic is basically a G-Tech but doesn't have as many features as the G-Tech I don't think. The cool thing I like about the d-Pic is though, is that it is a gauge and looks awesome at night time!. Some of these pictures are kinda blurry since my camera is picky about dusk/night time. I will try to get better pictures for you all.

You have to run a ground wire from the brass trans temp manifold you made.

Those look pretty cool:beer: Not sure that the one who wears the pants in the family will let me stick those in her left eye, but I will show her the pics.

What do you plan on using the "digital personel usage" gauge for?

about your homemade manifold.. i'm curious to know if you find that your temps seem to read low.. i had one i made like that and it would NEVER get over 150*.. I got rid of the extension between the T and the sensor itself, and now it reads much better..

Charlie, what do you mean? It already is grounded within the cabin to the frame of the car. That red wire goes to the gauge itself and is supposed to give me a reading, and it's not. Grifter, I get no reading at all, so I can't tell you lol.

Jarod, I PMed you on CVN. You need to ground the SENDER, as being mounted inline of a rubber house it is currently not grounded. Get a ring termianl that fits over the sensor's threads and run a ground wire to the nearest chassis ground. Get some wire loom while you're at it ;)

Raudermaster,

The points about ground is valid from other guys but i also think the unit have to be turn 180 degree downward also. The manifold has to properly fill with oil with the help of gravity for doing a good reading. I rechecked the manifold install instruction and they do make a point about this. Just my 2 cents.
