Can anyone tell me what part number the autometer oil pressure adapter fitting part number is?
I'm trying to get my oil presssure sender unit (SPA Technique) which uses a 1/8" M NPT.
I've tried combining three fittings together but could not get the fitting going into the engine to seal correctly. What is the correct fitting size for the engine block threads where the old sender unit when in?
Is it an AN, or metric type thread? or was the 1/4" NPT fitting just not screwed in far enough?
I have searched for the actual adapter part number that autometer uses for their oil pressure guage sender with no luck.

My search ended at Pep Boys. Even then I took their last fitting. Good luck!

That's why the rack at Pep Boys Annandale was empty! Drat... curses... foiled again.
I have a slightly longer length of 1/4" M NPT - 1/4" M NPT that I can use.
My mechanic just couldn't seem to be able to tighten the short 1/4" NPT pipe enough to stop the oild from leaking.
I wanted to verify that the sender hole actually was 1/4" F NPT.
Thanks Rider90.
