Thats so so awesome man. I cant even imagine how it must have felt to have been there. My father has raised me to be a huge Detroit fan and I have had it pretty rough growing up rooting for the lions and tigers. But this one feels so great to do it against the yanks. The Tigs really deserve this!! The A's are next!

Congratulations!

Glad your Tigers could do something our hapless Orioles haven't done in a LONGGGG time.....BEAT THE SKANKEES in the post season!

Thanks for kind comments everyone.

Yep, it was a night to remember. I think my son and I will always look back on that night with very fond memories. I remember when my dad took me to ballpark. The Tigers sucked then...but I still remember and it makes me smile to think about it. I hope my son feels the same way when he remembers his childhood with his dad.

Mike, there is nothing better than a ball game with your Dad unless it is one with your son. He is a handsome young man and you are a lucky guy. Thanks for the shots. I am trying to remember when I was last at a tiger game. I don't remember the year but my father in law took me. It was at the old Tiger Stadium of course, we had seats in the second deck behind 3rd. It felt as though we were hanging over the field of play. Great place to watch a game. Kaline was in right and I think that McClain was pitching. Don't remember who won. Had fun. Have not been to a game for years and yes I miss it this time of year. The feeling of the fans, not the players. Dennis
