Rich long visit

Rich called today and apparently suffered a bit o' Ebola...well food poisoning anyway, he's about a foot from death, or sounded like it today.

He understnadably will not be out and about tomorrow either.
Sorry for the late notice but was holding out hope he might feel better and we could get together.

Appreciate the heads-up, Marc. Rich probably caught the Ebola while slipping it into the Skankees water cooler. they have been terminally ill also. the game today should cheer Rich up. Hope you feel better soon pard. You didn't eat those fish did you? Dennis:beer:

At least the weather here on the Easy Coast is gorgeous. Drinking Shakes_26's beer, smoking his cigars, etc. Life is good, indeed. :)

Update: Rich Long lives, apparently nothing short of a hospital visit, and the Skankee's losing would bring him back from the edge.

Just got off the phone and he was being discharged from the Hospital after an overnighter. I had not been able to reach him, we hadn't realized it was THAT bad.

I conveyed our apologies and told him to rest up and relax the rest of his short sejour.

I'm just glad I was able to get word out on Saturday morning rather then later.
Food poisoning is a horrible thing. But I did lose 10 lbs...
There were 16 in our convention group that got sick and two of us needed hospitalization.
BTW... Boca is getting a new hpspital, I hear, and it needs it!

I hope you're off of I.R. Didn't any of your company people tell you not to drink the water down there? Didn't you notice the toilet looked like it had not been flushed? I'm really sorry to hear about your illness - stomach/bowel issues are the absolute worst!
