So I've heard a lot of people saying they did a Reinhart Stage 1 and/or 2. I'm just curious what they all include and do for the MM?

The biggest bang for the buck is 410 gears SCT tunning and maybe a rear swat bar stage 1
stage 2 MMDS PI converter UDP CAK
Stage 3 Vortech SC
you can do any or all of the above it is what ever you care to start with

If you did just the underdrive pullies, 4.10's, sway bar(s) upper & lower rear control arms and SCT tuning you'd think you were driving a different MM... the change IMHO is dramatic.... the MM should have come from the factory this way.

Thanks guys, yeah I'm somewhat done with the power adding mods for now and I need to work on suspension and drivetrain now. Got my Art Carr tranny pan today (thanks Dennis) so that will be on and a flush will be done in the next few days.

The bottom line is over the years we have learned a lot, we try to improve every thing we sell. We are not here to sell you some thing you do not need, you have to keep in mind where you want to go with the car, for example if your ultimate goal is to install a S/C then you would not want to buy UDP since they would have to come off. 410 Gears and tuning a colder set of plugs a 180 TS all helps.
Rear sway bar helps so does controll arms, as well as the PI converter, thats why we coined the terms stage 1/2/3.
So you can do the car in stages. Now there are things that you really want to do at one time for example if you pull the transmission to install a converter then that is the perfect time to install the rear cooling kit, as well as drive shaft, and you can make the decision as to wether you want to up grade the transmission, bottom line is call me I will be glad to answer any of your questions.

Don't forget the non-advertised "Stage 4", you'll need to know the secret handshake but you'll get a pair of JATO boosters for your MM. :D
EDIT: Ah dang, looks like Mark already has Stage 4: http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/vbgarage.php?do=view&id=1524
I meant Stage 5, secret handshake, JATO, you know, all the good stuff. :D

You are a unique number right out of X files right now I believe you have the highest RWHP Marauder out there at 640 RWHP with no nitrous

Dennis, I think you just spoiled a surprise...Congrats to Glassman, bravo, dude!
I coined the "stages" waaay back when I was modding my first Marauder and producing before and after dyno reports for other members. Most of it doesn't apply today due the the development of additional mods.
Back then, some of the mods were addressing safety issues, like engine temps and driveshaft vibration. Others produced power/performance, and not all showed improvement on the dyno. Some testing at the track followed. It was fun, but it's all rather meaningless today. Still a good idea though to condense mods into group repairs to reduce install time and expenses.
