I had my 2004 Marauder (DTR) in for an oil change this morning at my original selling Lincoln-Mercury dealer. While I was in the customer waiting room, the dealer service manager came in and sat down to talk to me. He told me that he wanted to buy my Marauder for his personal car. He said he really likes the Dark Toreador Red color with the Light Flynt interior. He also liked my low mileage of 12900 miles. I was very surprised, and he was serious! I told him no thanks, but I plan on keeping Big Red for a long time. The dealership hardly ever gets a used Marauder in on trade, so, any Marauder is a big deal. They told me that they had a 2003 Blue Marauder with a dark gray interior come into the used car dept. recently. It sold the very next day! Boy its sure a blast owning a Marauder.

At my dealer they wanted it bad, but obviously I declined his offer ;)

I had a guy approach me at the Post Office yesterday and ask me if I would sell him my car......I replied that I would "consider" it for $35K and he damn near fainted!!!:lol:

Within 10 seconds I came to my senses and said....."NAW....she ain't for sale!!"....and hopped in and BLASTED OFF leaving him standing there with his mouth open!!!:eek:

I LOVE this car!!!!:bows:
