I don't like the rims......but I WILL take that engine. :) Salvage title though, no go.

I remember that car, and where it's parked in the pics.

Back in late '03/early '04, this car went up for auction in Detroit. A stereo system upgrade went sour and burned the driver's C Pillar and rear quarter, thus the salvage title.

I remember hearing that Pande bought it for next to nothing and wanted to rehab it. Guess I am right, the background in the pics is Pande's parking lot, on SchoolCraft Road in Livonia, MI.

At least I think it's still Livonia that far east on Schoolcraft...Dunno, don't live in the area.

For 15K, not such a bad deal...

No for 15k it's not a bad deal, but the reserve is not met, the reserve is most likely much more than 15k...

The salvage title will really hurt the resale value. The rims gotta go, and I feel bad for the poor door panels that have been attacked by a hole saw.

Also custom s/c setups are hard to sell, most people (and rightly so) don't want to touch someone elses custom setup, you don't know what they did exaclty, what the issues were, etc.

Just think Bluerauder, that could be your car!...you know the S/C's are calling your name. ;) j/k

You are correct. It is at Pande's shop. Anyone interested I can go by and give it a once over.

Woohoo I am high bidder. If I win I promise to take the wheels of and sell them. Really I will.

Someone email me if I win. I am sure I will be living in the doghouse after the Mrs reads this thread and:banned:me.

Hey, someone has to bid up the price.

Hey Jeremy, are you planning on selling anything off that MM if you win it?...

I think the gauges and speakers in the door will go also. Maybe that funky head unit.

I will keep the driveshaft though!!

 The bastard child Maraduer....I think that car will get mid 20's. An orginal un-molested MM would be a hella lot nicer...IMO

I might be interested in the headunit providing its a dvd touch screen system.

Edit: nevermind I know the kvt-911dvd model is a 6.5 touch screen, I used to sell the hell out of those when I worked for Tweeter to all the Baltimore Ravens football players.

Why is the Dope Man selling his car?

vehicle only has a salvage title because of small fire in trunk was never in an accident.
Haaaaa I'll bet $50.00 it was from the stereo system catching fire!! :flamer:

Interesting how he swapped the a/c controls and the radio though.
