OK, just finished checking chaffing problems already discussed and found another potential problem with same occuring on the drivers side. It is the black pigtail connector attached to the rear rocker arm cover stud. Mine was rubbing and chaffing real bad into the plastic wiper assembly cover (very sharp edge). I believe this circuit deals with fuel injector pulse so don't waste any time checking it out. Good luck everyone!

PS, my front mask cover should be delivered anyday and will let everyone know how it fits, etc.

Is this a different spot on the Driver's side, or the same that TTA had trouble with?

RC, the same area on drivers side where the sharp edge bracket was cutting into the wiring harness. Just locate the rear rocker arm cover stud and the connector is secured to it...Its easy to spot if its touching the sharp plastic wiper assembly cover. Wish I had a digital camera, maybe for Xmass...
