The man in brown dropped it off yesterday and I got a chance to look at it today. Can't wait to install it now and I noticed it came with new bolts and I believe a new filter? I took a pic of it cause I wasn't sure and didn't think it came with a filter but I guess it does. Also I shouldn't use the new trans gasket unless the OEM one is damage correct?

Reuse the OEM gasket. I see your trans pan does not say "Art Carr" either.

How much was that, where do I get one and why do I need it(stock trans)? Thanks ahead of time for your replies.

Also I shouldn't use the new trans gasket unless the OEM one is damage correct? It appears your new pan came with an OEM-style gasket. Does it have metal rings around each of the bolt holes? If so, it's a good one and you should keep it as a spare. The advice about using non-OEM gaskets applies to the crappy gaskets that usually come with replacement filter kits.
where do I get one and why do I need it(stock trans)?Bill, you can get it from Dennis. Besides the bling factor, you don't "need" one on a stock transmission. Aftermarket pans generally hold either 1 or 2 quarts more than stock, which is always a good thing, but there's no other advantage to having one on an unmodified car unless you do a lot of towing, stoplight drags, etc.

The one Dennis sells has Art Carr on it plus it has the extra hole in the bolt pattern with an allen head plug when not used.....for our application.

Yours doesn't have the extra hole in the bolt pattern, is it the correct pan for the Marauder ?

If so......"awesome":coolman:

This pan appears to have the correct hole for the 4R70W, and appears to have the plug already installed in the "AOD" hole.

I did order it from DR during his Sept special he was running. I had called Jackie to correct my address and found out they were out of stock and Art Carr was making another run of them. It was shipped directly from Art Carr in TX to me. Maybe they don't put Art Carr on the ones for the 4R75W for the 04? I dunno but like Defyant said I don't care. lol

Word to the wise...the black anodized allen head bolts will rust up almost immediately.
I went to Lowes and bought the same size allen head bolts in stainless steel and used them to replace my now rusted bolts.
They also add a little 'bling' if you zap the S.S. bolt heads on a wire brush wheel...they shine up instantly!

Can anyone else answer my question? lol In the picture is that a new filter for the transmission that is sitting on top of the pan? I don't mean to be dumb but like I've said before I'm still a newb when it comes to auto trans.
I just want to make sure so I don't waste my time going out to get one for it cause I didn't think it came with one seeing as their was no info stating it or anyone else saying theirs came with one.
