I'm not a big fan of the faux "carbon fibre" trim, I prefer the 70's dark vinyl look. But this....
Pretty near every review I've read on the MM uses the tag line:
"This is not your Grandmas/Grandpas/Dads/Moms/etc Grand Marquis." This is all of the above. Sorry.....

You can see it in Dallas...looks just like the one above...'cept I used a lighter wood and I have dark interior.

Actually, I'm not a big fan of the faux carbon-fibre dot-matrix crap that's on there...I am still considering replacing the two strips on the dash with a wood or wood-like substitute...that pic above is just way over the top, though...

The wood grain doesnt look bad...but with grey it really sticks out and looks wierd....if the inside was biege or tan would look better....

One of the sites that was posted earlier has real carbon fibre, but they don't seem to offer it in the Marauder kit

If somebody made a grey finished wood, oh like a grey stained walnut burl with a satin or flat finish. Now that would look good in the Marauder.
