Peter,
Just a couple of suggestions....
4:10s are personal taste, I prefer the 3:55s for top end, but went with a mild upgrade to 3:73s.
Skip the driveshaft, big waste of money. Just find a reputable shop that can high speed the aluminum driveshaft you already has. I have had mine up to over 165mph on a Nascar Oval track with my balanced shaft with no problems, will save a lot of money.
Adco sway bars are very nice and will help handling. Try to find someone local that has lowered their Marauder with a spring kit like Eibach or cut your springs yourself. Lowered Marauder handles SO much better.
Personally I went with the Metco Control arms. Got a much better price on what some believe is a better product.
I like the Baer Brake kit. Got a great deal on that too. Along with stainless lines.
If you want more boost that the stock pulley provides, upgrade your 3.4 in pulley to a smaller pulley,3.2 in, 3.0, or 2.8 in pulley. You may want the widened rear rims for drag radials.
You may want to look at a new MAF sensor and Conical breather element. ProM and SCT are good choices.
Dont fall for or waste your money on a low temp thermostat, high priced spark plugs, or torque converters with the Trilogy setup.
I like the KOOKs headers with a 2 1/2 in exhaust with high flow Magnaflow cats and Magnaflow high flow Mufflers.
If you are getting a Trilogy Blower, then look at my mods very carefully. My Trilogy Marauder is the fastest and highest RWHP of any other Trilogy Marauder with a stock engine. You should have it tuned by Lidio at Alternative, it is the reason that my combo is making as much power as safely as it is. Feel free to pm me any questions, I have had the Trilogy blower on my car for 3 years now, it was the first one installed after the prototype, and we have tried a lot of things on it.
I can give you a name of a vendor here that has the LOWEST prices on the Bear break kit, Metco Control arms, Metco drive shaft loop, and Adco control arms. Several people have taken advantage of this special deal offered to them. Good luck with the mods, happy to help anytime.

What MI2QWK4U said. For my take on the issue, click the link in my sig.
FWIW, I have driven out to Detriot to have my car tuned by Lidio twice. The second time was for an update due to new mods.

Thanks, for the suggestions. Is the vendor by any chance Reinhart Automotive?

I HIGHLY suggest the Art Car level 2 trans treatment for 4.10's and the extra horsepower.

No. If you are interested I will fill you in, but it is not Reinhart that gave me the lowest prices on those items I mentioned.

No disrespect, to MI2QWK4U....
As a newbie (which we all once were) I suggest balancing price with reputation, service, shipping, and geographical location (if you ever need to go to your vendor).
Price is a definately a driving force, but parts are friggin useless unless there is support (warranty, advice, experience, instructions, etc) behind them.
Just showin some luv 2 the noob.
Good luck, bro.

I was doing nothing but showing love and support to the "new" guy. He already made the choice to deal with Trilogy for his supercharger. As we all know Jerrys reputation for customer service and support are renown and above reproach. Trilogy has also struck deals with Baer, Metco, and Adco. He was working towards Kooks but I dont know if that happened. Trilogy's prices are the lowest around and passes a great savings on to the consumer. So if you go back and read my post about my mods, especially on a Trilogy equipped car, which lends itself to giving Peter a good idea how those very mods will work with the Trilogy he is getting, you will see why I mentioned getting some of those mods at a great price. I hate to see anyone overpay for something. I hope this clarifies my response and addresses some of your concerns. Its safe to say that Jerry and the Trilogy Team will take good care of Peter and all of his Marauding mod needs!

Peter, take your time and look at all the various combinations of mods. Do some research and talk to other people who have spent considerable time and money on their cars from S/C's and more. First, you really need to look at what you want and expect to do with your car. That will realistically give you a solid direction and foundation in choosing the proper mods to make your Marauder personal for you. And only you....
