Cant post i timeslip

Im new to the site. i had a really good run with the marauder i wont to post but when i click on "post my timeslip" it just goes to a blank page. Is this area under construction or is there a different way i can try?

Enter your time slip info through Edit Profile. Upload the timeslip into the Gallery and copy the URL into your profile.
