I am looking around for the next mod to do to my Marauder and I'm thinking along the lines of suspension but not too sure. I'm torn between performance of the pullies or to do the suspension with a Addco rear sway bar or PHP Control Arms. I would like to know which has the most benefits and how difficult is it to install the pullies and the Control arms?

What current mods do you have?
What are your goals?
What is your final goal for your MM?
Do you want to go fast in a straight line?
Do you want to go fast around corners?

Answer some of those...and you might be able to make your own decision.

Good luck, and most importantly...have fun.

I think you would like any of the mods you have listed. The info I have received suggest that the pulleys and new sway bars are well worth the money and effort. I am waiting on my new front and rear sway bars to arrive. They are my choice for a first mod because I don't like the rear end roll in the turns. I cant tell ya how difficult yet, but I am hoping to be able to tell you how easy it is real soon :)
mpearce has it right tho. ask yourself what you want most from the car, and go from there. Good luck with your mods!

So far the only mods are a DR Tune on the 3.55's and an JLT intake. I know 4.10's would be awesome and I have a tune for that but I don't want to have trouble with the warranty just yet. My goals for the MM are a car that handles really well with 325-350 RWHP without a SC. I also would like to know - does a larger front sway bar makes all that more difference? Plus I find it hard to believe that Control arms will help traction all that much on a vehicle that is 2 tons and has traction control?!?

I'll go out on a limb and say that 325-350 rwhp on a Marauder won't be possible unless you bore and stroke to stay N/A. (or) You go with Nitrous to reach that goal. If you don't want to go with Nitrous, and you don't want to bore and stroke...then you're in for a boatload of mods and a lot of money to get that number...and even then, I'm not sure if you'll reach it without a supercharger or some type of forced induction.

Traction control is garbage...the lightest bit of slippage, and it bogs your motor. Most of us (drag racers) just turn it off. A run at the drag strip can be quite embarrasing with traction control left ON.

You'd be quite surprised what a set of control arms will do for your traction. If it's "traction" you're concerned with...control arms...from what I understand help your "launches" a lot at the drag strip, as well as cornering.

Do a search on "front sway bar" and on "control arms" and read what people who have those mods say about them. I'm sure it'll sell you on what to get, "mod wise", if you're on the fence.

Enjoy modding your MM.

I'll tell ya I'm really torn now between the rear sway bar and the control arms. :( I know how to install a sway bar, but how difficult is it to install control arms?

Both mods are, simple and straight foward.
Less than an hour install.
