This is my DTR on an overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I was lucky to get a couple pics before some other travelers pulled up.

Marauderjack:bandit:We were on the Parkway Tuesday, and it was in the 30's, so we drove through pretty fast and didn't spend a lot of time at any one spot. It was rather nippy, so no shorts for this guy. Was Mt. Mitchell one of the only stops with restrooms/outhouses, and a walkway up to the lookout? If so, we were there, but didn't make it to the top.

Really great picture of the scenery and the well maintained vehicle. Your tint seems light for 35%. I have 38% on my fronts and it looks darker (could be because mine is black).

Mt. Mitchell is the highest peak east of the Rockies.....Had a lookout tower but tore it down to build a smaller one!!:shake:
BTW....It has snowed during every month of the year up there since they have been keeping records...kind of hard to believe July and August but they say it happened once upon a time??

This was another angle. The star effect on the rear window is natural. I didn't do anything to create that.

Please tell us about your Camera, and would you be using Zaino? Looks great.

Jason, I do use Zaino, but not recently because I have been lazy. My car was kind of dirty in this shot, but it just didn't show up. I guess most of the bad stuff was on the front end, due to highway driving.
My camera is a Canon 10D digital, but most of my shots are helped out alot with Photoshop. Just don't tell anyone. :nono:

Again, great pics. This has reminded me, I'm taking a day off of work and heading for a drive to the mountains in the next week or two...Fall is my favorite season would hate to miss it being at work too much.
