I keep seeing a black Marauder with a USF tag in south Tampa, around Swann, Henderson and Dale Mabry area. I've seen it 5 or 6 times. I was driving my wife's truck a couple times when I pulled up behind, and once I was in my Marauder but traffic was too bad to catch up. Anybody here?
