A question for you MM "Old Timers".
I've had mine for 2 months, give or take, and every time I head out to the driveway, I get a big, goofy grin on my face. I've had many cars, but never this many grins. My face hurts :D

Keep it for 40 years and see what happens.
Seems that any year Marauder built this will hold true for, and for years to come. The fun never ends when behind the wheel, and the problems of the day just go away when cruisin anywhere.

If the grin goes away...the "end is nigh!"

Seriously speaking, the grin is a permanent condition.:D

I plan on having the grin forever!

No. No end in sight. The only experience that can compare to owning a Marauder, is getting your driver's license.

Good post...I can relate to this thread very much... I too suffer from the "grin of happiness" every time I climb onboard. I hope this is something that will never go away. Have had mine since December of 2002 and every time I start it up, I feel like it is the first time I ever started it and loving it....

I especially get this big grin, after driving another car for a while and then getting back into the MM. After driving another vehicle, it just makes you appreciate the MM so much more. :D

My MM is my daily drive. It's so easy to get used to all the power and comfort. Had to drive the wife's Honda Prelude today. What a POS ! My back is still aching. Can't wait to get back into the MM !

Well, I guess this is true, unless the other ride is something from the Ford SVT Department or from Mr. Saleen !

I carpool with another guy on our 45 mile daily commute (He just bought a G-35 6sp. coupe). Even though it saves me 4 bucks in gas and 90 miles on the odometer, I can barely stand to leave my Marauder in the driveway!

My buddy gets the better ride by a longshot, too. He just cranks that big old leather seat back and enjoys the ride in comfort and style.....in the passenger seat of the G, I feel like I'm crammed into a go-cart. I can hardly wait to get back the 'Rauder and the end of the day and get that smile back!

Does it ever end?

In a word....NO! When I travel...Hertz will throw me in anything from a Mustang to a GM, Town Car or Jaguar...and I must say that each one of these do not hold a candle to the feeling I get behind the wheel of my Marauder.

'Cept for maybe the Sable (D'OH!)

TAF - Don't say that word "S-A-B-L-E". It will get you. Beware of the almighty Sab..!

I suffer from both the "LS Grin" from my daily driver 2000 5-speed MTX Lincoln LS, and the very rare "OMG, what did this car just do to that on-ramp" "Marauder Grin". I have alot to be thankful and happy for, right Cruz?

"If she had a set of wings, man I know she could fly!" Maybe Brian Wilson was being prophetic about our MARAUDERS!
