Hey,

Anyone remember those hex wheel locks? The head/lock is a large hex. You don't use a socket to take them off, you need a very large hex key.

I think I remember a few members here having them but I can't find the thread. It's a couple of years old I believe. Not even sure if they sell them anymore.

Well, according to that thread you are looking for Mcguard wheel locks. Personally, I think that they are pretty good locks but I will buy the Gorilla wheel locks. If you need the part numbers for Mcguards or Gorillas let me know and I will check my paper work.

Edit: upon closer review of the link, you are looking for something totally different than what I mentioned above. You will need to contact Todd for those type of locks. Good luck.

Yep, I'm am looking for the lug nuts that Todd is using. I'll have to try and get some info from him.

The Gorilla set looks interesting too. I have to see if they make a set for tuner type wheels, they have a smaller lug nut opening and require a thin walled socket.

I currently have the McGard Spline drive and they work fine with the tuner styled wheels. I'm just looking for something different now for a new application. :D

Thanks for the info guys. ;)

No PM's.
Replied to the email address it came from, since it was thru mm.net maybe you have a bad email addy registered with them. Or maybe you have a spam filter that's keeping you from getting it.

I'll check when I get home. Either way can you send me the info again just in case?

Thank-you
