Its owned by Patriarch Stadjel who worked for Diablo, then started his own company I have met Patriarch on several occasions here at my shop and he is a smart guy they are doing a lot with Chrysler and GM as well

I was waiting for one of you guys to say that. I need to look into that myself. I occaisionally bid on stuff and it always seems to close the auction when I am driving home from work not able to be at a computer.
